The Phantom Coach and Horses

Just before Christmas, the area is said to be the haunt of a phantom coach drawn by headless horses. Some people believe that you must not look at it, because failure to avert your eyes will allow the apparition to “spirit you away”!

Penryn (Cornish: Pennrynn, meaning 'promontory') is a civil parish and town in Cornwall, England.

It is situated about 1 mile north-west of Falmouth.
