Chatsworth House is said to be another location in Derbyshire to be the haunt of Mary, Queen of Scots. Following her arrest for treason, Mary Stuart was imprisoned here. Her forlorn ghost is said to wander parts of the raised summerhouse, known as Queen Mary’s Bower.
