Ashleigh Barton is an early 16th century farmhouse with its own family ghost. The apparition is said to glide through the upper rooms as a warning of a forthcoming death of a member of the family. However, the author Coxe does not provide a description of the ghost or any clues as to its identity in 'Haunted Britain'. It is believed that this building is NOT open to the public.
