The Long Stone is situated just past Hollybush Farm. This curious piece of geology is believed to be the closing slab from a burial chamber or portal dolmen, but is reputed to walk around the field at midnight! It is also said to hold mystical properties by being able to heal children suffering from measles and other illnesses if they are passed through the hole in the stone.
