Cleve Court

Cleve Court

Cleve Court dates from around the 17th century, with the main range built between 1723 and 1748 for John Rucke, a banker of London. It is a Grade II* Listed Building and NOT OPEN to the public.

It is reputedly haunted by the spectre of an unhappy woman that paces a room where she was locked up by her callous husband.
