Thurne Mouth
Thurne Mouth is an area in the village where you can moor boats. It is also a popular spot for ramblers and photographers. However, the area is reputed to be haunted.
According to Coxe, the area is said to be haunted by the ghost of a farmer who was murdered here many years ago.
