The Forceful Spirit

Sometime prior to 1884, a spirit approached a man named Evan y Gweydd outside his home. The spirit sought assistance from Evan, to which he agreed, although later regretted. However, the spirit eventually forced Evan to complete his task.

Llansadwrn is a small village in Carmarthenshire, Wales.

It is located in the countryside of the River Tywi river valley, about half way between Llanymddyfri to the northeast, and Llandeilo to the southwest, just off the A40 road. According to tradition, it was founded by an early Christian saint, Sadwrn (fl. around 460 AD).
