Church Cove

According to Coxe, at Church Cove, the King of Portugal’s treasure was lost on the St. Andrew in 1526, and from another shipwreck in 1785.

Gunwalloe (Cornish: Gwynnwalow) is a coastal civil parish and a village in Cornwall, England, United Kingdom.

It is situated on the Lizard Peninsula three miles south of Helston and partly contains The Loe, the largest natural freshwater lake in Cornwall.
