This well was used for curing tuberculosis and whooping cough. It is said that during the First World War people used to drink the water out of the skull of St. Deilo in order to bring peace.

Llandilo (also called Llandeilo Llwydart) is an ancient area in Pembrokeshire, Wales.

It lies at the foot of the Preseli Hills between Llangolman and Maenclochog.
